BECC - what does it mean?
The BECC is a Europe-wide staff exchange programme. It aims at enabling locally based cultural workers to go abroad for a period of one week to six months to experience working in a cultural centre in a different country, meet their counterparts from the hosting centre, familiarise themselves with a new culture.
