BECC 2009 - 2010
The 2009 - 2010 phase of the BECC gathered a total of 20 participants coming from 16 different cultural centres in 13 European countries.
The participating structures boasted a wide variety of thematic orientations, staff and impact sizes, each of them engaging in cultural activities of different type and intensity. However, all of them shared the sense that their work is or should go beyond the local dimension, as well as a common wish to reach out across geographical, political and mental borders.
